Geoff Whyte

Geoff is CEO of Nando’s Africa, Middle East and South Asia business. He is a proven leader with experience in the top echelons of global organisations including Unilever, PepsiCo, Cadbury Schweppes and SAB-Miller. He also has an outstanding record of success in a wide variety of geographies including Europe, the UK, Africa, the Middle East, India and the United States.

Geoff retains a strong interest in brand positioning, packaging development and marketing strategy where his record, over an extended period, speaks for itself.

He is recognized as a leading thinker in South African business and has spoken at a number of high profile conferences on a variety of topics. As an influencer, Geoff has written articles for major publications including leading national newspapers. His continued contributions to the South African marketing industry were recognised in April 2009 when the Sunday Times made him their Marketing Person of the year. Geoff was also nominated for the CNBC African Business Leader of the Year award in 2016.

Geoff has been a judge of the Sport Industry Awards before - in 2014, 2015 and 2017.
