The Discovery Sport Industry Summit will be returning to Johannesburg later this year, with leading speakers from international backgrounds and the business world of sport taking the stage to discuss fan engagement, mega events, fan experience and how the future of fan engagement is changing.
Now in its fourth year, the event is set to welcome back influential figures from the nation's leading brands, governing bodies and organisations to discuss, debate, network and share best practice on all aspects of the South African sport industry at Deloitte’s flagship headquarters.
The 2014 edition of the Discovery Sport Industry Summit - backed by Cricket SA and the SA Football Association – saw the likes of Frank Supovitz, SVP for Events for NFL and the lead organiser of the Super Bowl, Matt Rogan, Founder and Director of Two Circles - the agency currently challenging convention in the London sports marketing sector and winners of the coveted Agency of the Year Award at the UK's BT Sport Industry Awards; EFC Africa President Cairo Howarth, Comrades Marathon Association CEO Chris Bruwer, Development Agency CEO Robin Petersen, and many more.
