CSA ELECTS NEW BOARD MEMBERS- 23 Aug 2010 00:00:00

Cricket South Africa (CSA) has reappointed Mtutuzeli Nyoka as president for the next two years at the CSA’s Annual General Meeting, having been nominated unopposed for the position.

The meeting saw a big shake up in the board at CSA with former KwaZulu-Natal President, Abdool Khan, taking over the vice presidency from Ray Mali – who decided not to stand for election.

John Bester was voted in as the chairman of the finance and commercial committee ahead of Hentie Van Wyk - who had served CSA in this position for the past four years.

The three Black African representatives, Oupa Nkagisang, Zola Thamae and Ernest Molotsi, were all reappointed for another two years.

Gary Naidoo and Thandeka Mgoduso were appointed as the two Independent Directors.
