Olympic gold medalist Roland Schoeman will join thousands of other fundraisers this weekend for the 2011 aQuelle Midmar Mile.

The South African will line up against a host of other top class swimmers, as well as celebrities including French star Franzisca van Almsick and the future Princess of Monaco.

This weekend’s fundraiser in Kwazulu Natal, is the 38th annual event of its kind, and is almost certain to break their Guiness Book of Records World record of 13,755 finishers.
